Medallion Dental Laboratory is located in Prairie Village, Kansas. We have been in business for over 30 years and are owned by Mike and Jodie Finley.

Mike grew up in south Overland Park, Kansas, and graduated from Blue Valley High School. He studied mechanical engineering at Kansas State University. While attending K-State, he was presented with the opportunity to run with the possibility to own Medallion by his father, prosthodontist Dr. Jon Finley. Mike made the career choice to run the lab in 1988. Mike’s wife, Jodie, joined the team in 1989 as a ceramist. Jodie manages the crown and bridge department, and Mike manages the denture department. Together, they have built an exceptional business.

Medallion works closely with dentists to create a product that patients will be completely satisfied with. We take pride in our precision, consistency and quality. Our products are proudly made in house, by technicians with a combined experience of over 200 years. With a highly experienced team, comes an extraordinary product.

Mike Finley — Owner

Mike sets the standard. He sets out to achieve excellence with every restoration project that comes through the door. He believes in rolling up his sleeves and getting to work, and has dedicated himself and his team to providing total customer satisfaction.

Jodie Finley — Technical Manager

Jodie is a perfectionist. She cares for each case, and every patient behind it. She believes that they deserve the very best from her, from single units to implants to full upper reconstructions. Her personal touch has been requested by well-known athletes and politicians — they know the care she puts into her work makes them look their best.

Margaret — Office Manager

Margaret’s priorities are time management and exceptional customer service. She takes pride in making sure a doctor receives the best quality product in a timely manner. She is in constant contact creating personal relationships with our doctors and their staff.
